Spring Creek Spotlight

This photo was taken at Armstrong's Spring Creek in the morning hours of a  summer day.  The fish were sipping when we snuck on the seam.  With a delicate cast that set up a clean drift the fish sipped the one that had a hook in it.  That's the spring creek style.  Delicate presentations with a slowed down pace.  We're lucky to get to access a few of these creeks (Depuy's, Armstrong's, and Nelsons) with a rod fee.  Think sight fishing with small flies and light tippet (Trout Hunter tippet is my favorite) for large fish.  If you're interested in going let me know and we'll make a reservation...
